Meet Jen

Jen Smiley is an expert food coach who has helped thousands of people make food simple so they can feel their best.

Hey everyone! I’m Jen Smiley, and I’m so glad you stopped by.

I’m all about empowering people to feel their very best. I do that by teaching you how to look past the marketing tactics and choose REAL food made with real ingredients.

How do I know this, you ask?

It all started when a family member came to me and told me he had been diagnosed with prostate cancer. He needed to lose 30lbs in 3 months before his robotic surgery, and asked me to help.
So, I went to the grocery store and stocked up on all of the foods he loved without the added junk ingredients. I told him to text me what he was eating. He even sent me photos of the menu while he was at a restaurant so that I could recommend the cleanest meals.

Not only did he lose 35 pounds in three months, he was also dropped from blood pressure and high cholesterol medication. Most importantly, his prostate number actually declined when it should’ve increased.

This was when I thought to myself that I may have a secret that could genuinely change peoples’ lives.

My goal is to help educate people on their food industry choices so that just by simple swaps of ketchup, mayo, flours, oils (you get it…) you can continue eating the foods you love and feel your best. When you feel good, you look even better. Who doesn’t want that?
